Pancreatitis- please help

Hi, Shemee my 17 year old diabetic cat started getting sick last Friday. He started to get better and was eating more normally. Then two days ago, he stopped and got picky again. He has been eating enough for me to give him his shot but just barely. Yesterday he had an ultra sound. He has an enlarged lymph node. I was told to give him Miritaz and cervennia to help him to eat. He picked enough this rnorning to get his shot.
His diet is usually pretty strict Weruva mid east feat and Poly BBQ- Chic Chic Stella and Chewy - Fancy Feast Classic- Freeze dried chicken treats - and some purina dried as a treat that he chases.
I would love any advice on diet- or anything- to bring down the inflammation.
I know many western vets discount this- but I had some losses and was very sad and then I got covid for first time- I am never sick- and thats when he got sick. I am feeling better now but of course worried about him. He is supposed to go back in 4 weeks for another ultra sound. Hoping that he is eating fine and back to normal and will do not this. Hi again- looking for low fat / best foods to help him through this. I found some links but the info no longer exist.

Thank you so so much. I have started reading and it is full of good info. He just started the appetite stimulant and the anti nausea and he is eating a little. Went out on the roof to check out the pigeons - so that is a good sign:). Thank you again. I have a consultation tomorrow with a natural vet and if I get any good info, I can share.
