Fancy Feast is a good, low carb food, but it is high in phosphorus, not so good for kidney problems. Check out the Wellness I mentioned above(you can get it at Tractor Supply, Petsmart...). If he doesn't like that, there are other low carb, low Phos foods. Also, try some tuna juice poured over his food to entice him.
