Overwhelmed new member on Health. Please help?

Nicole is not new to FD, but this is her first post. Mork has been diabetic since 2009. Currently he is dealing with diabetes, CKD, and most recently, pancreatitis. Beans are overwhelmed! Mork is experiencing huge swings from "hypo numbers" to 400s.

Can you take a look?
