? Out of remission?

Hi to all, My acro cat Kokkinoulis is without insulin more than 2 months. However, he is still on libre because I want to close monitoring his blood glucose levels and I am at work more than 9 hours per day. He receives cabergoline for his acromegaly. However, the last weeks his numbers are increased and the average number is about 112-120. Sometimes when he is excited or when he is waiting to prepare his food it is near 150. It is lower than 200 the threshold number for his kidney damage but I am not sure if I should start him again a very small dose of insulin. His last dose before he stopped was 0.10 unit of Lantus a very small dose. Otherwise he is in good condition, he has no other health issues till now only his stridor is deteriorating. What do you think? Which blood glucose numbers are considered as high in order to start again insulin?

Hi Gabriella, I don't see any data in your SS after July. Do you think you can update the SS with the data of the last week?

It would help if you could give us that last weeks data in the spreadsheet. Another thing for you to do is feed him before what was your preshot time, feed, then test again 3 hours later to see if he's bringing it down.
