Out of remission and unsure I'm doing this right?

I discovered monkey was out of remission nearly 2 months ago in April, and since then we've gone from 0.25U up to 1.5U and I still don't see the trend going down toward regulation on her sheet like the first time she was diagnosed. In 2017, she only needed 0.75U and now it looks like our vet will suggest another dose increase as her last curve also looked sort of flat (I expect to hear from them tomorrow). I'm wondering what folks here would say about the dose, though?

I'm struggling to get enough data this time around because now I work 12 hr shifts (days and nights) and I have to be conservative about dose increases sometimes because I have to wait until days off to make sure I can do enough spot checks. Any advice is much appreciated, I feel like I'm not doing nearly enough for my little one and I'm struggling.

Hi Mel, I'm sorry Monkey has fallen out of remission. It can be harder the second time around to get them regulated and back into remission. I struggled with Sheba the second time around... and the first time was a breeze!
Are you able to get any tests in during the PM cycle or is that when you work?
It does look like Monkey could do with a dose increase but I would go up in 0.25 unit increment not in 0.5 unit increments and do it when you can be there to get some tests in.
Are you still following the SLGS method? and I'm assuming you are still using Lantus insulin. Is it a new cartridge of insulin?
How's Monkey's appetite?

Have they checked if she has any infection or needs a dental? Both can raise glucose levels. Also is the Lantus a new vial or pen?
