My wife says I must point out that Nimi created most of those wonderful collages herself!

Then my wife then took and worked them into the video, animated them, added screen transitions, etc.

Great work, great photo selections Nimi! Shen is amazing, and so are you and all Shen's human beans.

we are all in love with the animated collage transitions, that was a brand new feature with the new version of Cyberlink's PowerDirector so she had never had an opportunity to play with it before. Initially, I was impressed that it was able to take your completed collages and animate them but actually, my wife explained to me that is not how it works (although that would have saved her a TON of work!)

She had to take your original photos and re-build your collages by hand in PowerDirector then animate them.

So you'll notice that there is like one or two which she wasn't able to recreate exactly the same as she could not locate the original photos in the google share but for the most part she nailed it! She started on the project on Friday night, worked on it all through the weekend, then Monday night and Tuesday night putting the finishing touches on it. I kept her supplied with food and drink LOL

Out of habit, I’d written a long, sappy thank you note but I’ll try to keep it brief for once

I don’t know where Shen and I would be without the FDMB’s help and support - I’m lucky to have found it early on. Interestingly enough I came across it on a Reddit discussion..it’s a bit sad that the FDMB website or forum does not pop up in Google searches for feline diabetes (unless there’s a unique combination of search words). It’d be amazing if it was the first search result on Google and all the CGs knew to come here when their sugar kitties were first diagnosed.

I’m so sincerely grateful to Bhooma and Bron for handholding me all the way through till the end.
Now that I see how busy the board is at all hours of the day, I can’t believe how patiently they’d answered my textbook-sized questions in the beginning.
I have to thank Elise, Wendy and Larry for answering my queries too!
Special thanks to Diane for popping in to help keep our SS in tip-top shape. Her quips and banter in every condo crack me up all the time.
Kyle and his wife did such an amazing job with the video too.
Lastly thank you to all the CGs who cheered for us on each day of the trial

I wish for every CG to get to experience the relief (and the free time and extra sleep all of sudden) one feels from remission. If not that, regulation is a pretty good deal too.

I’ll keep visiting the forum. I don’t think I really understood lantus and its patterns but I’d like to help out wherever I can in some manner. And I will.
