Say Hi to all the other kitties at the falls and remember to send invitations out to all of those kitties that haven't made it yet. Maybe all the OTJ kitties at the falls need to put together a travel brochure, talking up the place?

Oh, you did a wonderful job on the video Camille. Not only that, but you made it while you were feeling icky. Bless your heart! I was surprised to see the post this morning as I thought I had to have 1 more day under the belt. What a wonderful surprise! I especially love the tanning pic with the sunglasses - too funny!

Thanks to FDMB and all of the members here for helping me through this rough time. There will always be a very special place in my heart for all of you! What a great start to the weekend! :mrgreen:

Some tips for staying OTJ or catching issues

1. never ever ever slip and give dry. If you consider a food change be 100% sure is low carb. and no dry treats either
2. Avoid steroids
3. Watch for infections - keep a close eye on his teeth and do dentals early. Watch also for ear infections and UTI
4. Keep an eye on his general health - test his BG once a week, watch the pee patch sizes and weigh him once a month. Watch his drinking and eating. - and hopefully you will catch any issues before they are too far down the road
5. Pay it forward - help support the newbies on the health board or offer support on here - ok this isnt strictly for keeping him OTJ but it cant hurt! ;)
