Is there any way to know for sure, that FDMB gets credit, when we shop those sites mentioned above?
No where does it tell us, that I know of.

The URL to the shop site is a specially generated one and linked to an account Rebecca set up. Example, the affiliate link to Walmart is http://linksynergy.walmart.com/fs-bin/click?id=tY/WJs4wLOg&offerid=223073.10003175&subid=0&type=4 The gobblygook in the URL is specific to Rebecca/FDMB and all puchases made using this affilate link will always go to Rebecca. All of the other affiliate shop links are specific to Rebcca as well :smile: If say, Catster.com wanted Walmart to be an affiliate, they would get a similar link but the gooblygook in the URL would be specific for them.

I sent Rebecca a pm several weeks ago asking her about this.

I did several amazon purchases thru here and wondered how quick turnaround was ....
I hope they are sending her all the little "kickbacks" , how would any of us know?


I had this type of thing with Upromise... but at least I saw each little contribution.
I'm sure Rebecca can see them... but who's to say if they are giving her every one....

Oh, how interesting. I just clicked on the Amazon link to see the URL. Sure enough, it mentioned fdmb in the url
I never would have thought of looking at that.

Rhiannon, I didn't know about the 30% at Wag. I'll have to go see what they're all about.
