Her cat had a prednisone shot (which stays in the system for 4 weeks?), and was diabetic, but no one knew that before he had the shot (for allergies). He's at the hospital, and the Dr. recommends euthanasia if he isn't better by morning. He's on an IV insulin drip whatever that means. His body temperature was dropping too low. Now, he's not getting fluids, just insulin -- that's what they are telling her. She must not be in the US I guess because his " sugars went up to 20." Anyone been through this and can provide moral support to her?
