Kitty's last shot was just about two months ago. His spot check this past week was 79. :-D :-D :-D

He doesn't have a lot of energy; mostly, he enjoys sitting on the porch in intense heat and humidity. If I drag him in to cool off, he rattles the blinds to tell me he wants out again. But he does have enough energy to come upstairs and claw at our door in the morning to be let out, so I'll try not to worry too much (thought it is against my nature not to worry :mrgreen: ).

Meanwhile, I'm getting extra memory for my computer to make updating the Lantus Land SS easier. Look for another roll call in about 10 days!

Two months already? I bet you're really loving your new home at the Falls. It really is a special place isn't it? You did take out a longterm lease I trust.

You need to get that boy a doorbell and install it on the inside of your door. :lol:

Well, CD, what do you think the blinds are?? His DOORBELL! He makes quite a racket.

He also claws the carpet outside our bedroom door in the morning: another doorbell. Kitty makes himself heard. :lol:

What he really needs is a doorbell OUTSIDE. If he could tell me when he wanted to come in, I wouldn't have to check every 30 minutes, continually getting that "I'm sleeping and you're bothering me" look.

So glad to hear that he is doing well.
Max is enjoying his buddy at the Falls!!
 
Yo Kitty, You're doing great, man! I rattle the blinds, too, and I pound on the beans' door. It works every time! Happy 2-Month Anniversary!!

Hi Kathy, The new spreadsheet looks terrific. Thanks again for taking this on. And it was a good excuse to get more computer memory, which will help with all sorts of things.

Congratulations on 2 months!

Hey - did you ever tell the vets you were going to tell? What was their reaction? How does your own vet feel about it all?
 
In my old house I put a bell on the door knob thinking it was cute that the cats would ring the bell to go out. But guess who had to get up and open the door everytime?? :lol: I didn't train them, they trained me. ohmygod_smile Sounds like Kitty is loving it at the Falls.
 
Congrats on the two months -- it doesn't seem like it's been that long!

It sounds like Kitty is enjoying the Falls. Come visit more often.

Kitty and Raja are giving you and me a lot of problems with this going out stuff. Rraja stands at the door crying her head off. She even does that low gutteral going-to-the-vet cry sometimes. She tries everything. Even going to the vertical blinds by the slider and pushing them around!! Sigh. She is driving me crazy!
It's soooo hot out on my terrace. But she will not stop pestering us to go out. The other night, I had to pick her up to bring her inside and she hissed at me. :o Can you imagine? grr_red

So happy for you and Kitty with your new life at the Falls...great to see you both again...we miss you! :YMHUG:

Congrats on the two month anniversary! Wow, seeing this gives me some hope that Salem may go OTJ some day.

I'm always amazed at cats' ability to enjoy heat. It can be 85 degrees in my apt and the cats will find the one spot where the sun is shining in and sleep there.

I am relieved to hear that other kitties cry to go out and make it sound like the world is going to end, and they are suffering horribly, if I don't get up IMMEDIATELY OR SOONER to do what they want. :lol: Kitty really knows how to manage me.

I can see how this idea would get out of hand, and yet... I am intrigued. I exist for him, right??

I will be back more often when I get more memory added to my computer, which will allow me to get caught up on the LL SS, and then I will not be embarrassed to come around. :mrgreen:
