I shot a little air into my pen tonight!!! I thought the syringe was all the way down and I always push it at little harder when I go to load it with Levemir and WHOOSH!
A half hour later there is still bubbles (little fizzy kind) in there! Wait and see?!

They won't do much. With regular vials, you shoot as much air in as volume you are removing.

If you gently tap and roll the pen, you may be able to consolidate them bubbles and draw out most of the air with a clean syringe.

Thanks, BJM. I was thinking the same thing about the fact that there is air on the vial. I did roll the pen gentle a little bit, but there are still about 6-8 tiny bubbles in there. Will try not to stress about it. I have had issues with the Target Pharmacy in my neighborhood, and was thinking about switching the script to the Target that is on the way home from my p/t job. I am headed over there tomorrow after work, but won't be back to that job again for a week (I gave my shift away on 6/29 so I can stay home and curve Cedric). I go away on the 2nd, so I don't want my pet sitter to have bad insulin....

It should be fine to use. If any bubbles are near enogh to the end, you may be able to suck them out too. Try storing that end up when not in use.
