Angela & Blackie & 3 Others

We are currently under a tornado watch, and right now I'm watching a long train of severe thunderstorms. Those who are also on this board, and who live in the Dallas area, have already experienced these storms. Unfortunately, my turn is coming. There have been many reports of tornados, and many tornado warnings. Right now, there's a tornado emergency for the city of Greenville, which is rain wrapped. A county north of me has had a tornado warning, and there's a town about 30 minutes west of me (Forney) that had a tornado hit them, too. Now, I'm watching the skies darken to the west of me, and I'm watching 2 tvs, plus 3 radars. I keep praying to the good Lord to help weaken these storms for everyone. Please keep not only us (myself, Blackie, my other animals), but everyone around me, and those who have gone through these storms in your thoughts and prayers. Lancaster got leveled. There is extreme damage.

Letting you all know. Please keep us all in your thoughts and prayers, and please, PLEASE pray hard.

OUR THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU, ANGELA!!!

MAY YOU AND ALL OTHERS BE SURROUNDED BY SAFETY!

Thinking of you and every one in the path today. I remember tornados from living in Minnesota and Illinois. Stay safe!

Angela, positive thoughts and praying hard for you, Blackie, civies, your family and all those in the path of the tornadoes. I can't imagine how scary it must be right now. Prayers and vines for be safe.

OH, I just saw that on my Comcast page. I'll get the TV on now.
Sending prayers and white light your way and for everyone around you.

Surrounding your home in a blue net over it! And white light surrounding it!!
Prayers for all our Texas mambers to be totally Safe!! Thinking Of you & praying for you!

Scary stuff  will be thinking of you guys and your neighbours today and hoping the tornedos don't touch you. Sending calm weather vines. Please check in when you can and let us know how you are fairing. I will be watching out for you today.

I definitely feel ashamed for complaining about the nasty weather up here in the Pacific NW. Our thoughts and prayers are turned to you and all of your loved ones in the path of danger. We sure hope to hear from you soon and that all danger has passed.

i'm wondering about electrical & internet outages. the news tonight said no deaths, but some injuries.

we're thinking about you, angela, and others in the area. let us know how you are when you can. :YMHUG:

We are all good here. I live in Far North Dallas, and most of the action missed us. I am such a goober. I was at my office downtown this morning and I told a patient "Looks like it's going to rain!" He said "Uhhh, yeah, it's going to be really bad!" I was fully intending to leave the office and go hunt monarch eggs and milkweed. Well, that didn't happen! We have 2 eggs about to hatch and I need to find more for my son's teacher. We're working on planting a Monarch way station at his school (milkweed and nectar plants to restore lost milkweed habitat) so I'm practicing

I guess this mommy should watch the news or GASP read the paper! I'm just lucky to get everyone to school and have my shirt on right side out on a work day

Hope Angela and Monica and ohbell are ok--let us know!

Keeping you all in our prayers. The storms missed my family in the DFW area...hope they miss you all, too, Angela.

 kim! glad you can get your shirt on right side out sometimes!   i'm still working on that. ;-)

seriously, though - very glad it missed you!

Glad to hear everyone is okay... scary day in DFW! Still waiting for a report on my cousin's mom/stepdad's home in Kennedale, but otherwise my DFW crew is in good shape. Scary... my best friend's nephew was at the babysitter, and the house behind the sitter's was destroyed. Have watched some of the youtube videos tonight... insane.

I hope you and yours are okay. I was looking for an update but realize you may not have electricity. Please let us know.

Thinking about Angela & Blackie! According to our news here, the worst hit area was Lancaster, TX. That is 30 miles directly west of Kaufman where Angela lives. I am sure they don't have electricity and I haven't been able to get through on her cell phone. Everybody send everything you have in prayers and warm thoughts that all is ok.
