GoodCow, a new member may need some help with his first pokies....Thought I knew some members in that area but can't think of names. If you are, you can pm him.

I think Jess and Earl (GA) are in New York somewhere, as well as Marcy and Buddy, but those are the only ones that I can think of at the moment.

I managed to do it twice this morning, though it still took about six or seven stabs to get those two readings. Hopefully he doesn't hate me. He seemed chill about everything.
 
have you been told the tricks to use to get blood?

warming the ear first - take a sock and put 1/4 cup of beans, rice or oatmeal in it - knot the top, then put in microwave for 15-30 seconds until warm to touch - place behind ear to warm up ear

massaging the ear once poked to get the blood to circulate

using petroleum jelly to help the blood bead up
 
Hillary, not only does Phil have the testing totally down....but apparently he is the proud papa of a broken diabetic. Broken from the very first test no less.
