NYC: Good Primary Care Vets for Diabetes?

Hello,

My 16 year old cat Ailish was just diagnosed with steroid induced diabetes earlier this month. We have been working with an internist at a referral veterinarian to manage her care, but I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a primary care vet in the Brooklyn/ NYC area that had experience working specifically with diabetic cats?

I was able to check in with a former member. She recommended this practice on the upper east side -- Feline Health NYC: https://www.felinehealthnyc.com/
She said she really liked them but they were not cheap. In fact, she liked them so much she would drive from NJ to use them.
