I posted about this on Supply Closet, but thought I better put it here too since most of us have our supplies and don't visit there often.
The makers of Levemir have started a discount program good for your first 4 purchases of Levemir Flexpens. To sign up, the direct link is here: http://www.myflexpen.com/Registration/SaveToday.aspx
You can print your card right from your computer and the first use is good for up to $50 off, then $25 off thereafter. You can't use it in conjunction with government sponsored healthcare programs, but it doesn't say anything about not usable with other programs like AAA or even the $25 coupon that was printed in Parade magazine.
Of course, none of these are going to work if you order your Lev from Canada, but for those of us who prefer to pick it up locally, these are great programs to save a little money. Levemir is already one of the cheapest insulins to use on a monthly cost basis, but everyone wants to save money these days!
And it seems Novo Nordisk knows they have a great product on there hands because for the first time ever they are advertising Levemir on TV!
