Not a big curve

Typically we see our cats go from 0.5 units, to 0.25 units, then 0.1 units before trying an OTJ trial. This helps with strong remission. You've only seen two days with him off of insulin, the depot may still be influencing his numbers today. Meaning that they can start to drift upwards.
What sort of protocol do I even follow when on insulin he’s always ranging 100-120. That’s not a very big curve.
When you shoot lower numbers with Lantus, you typically get very flat curves, This is s good thing, you don't do anything differently.

Thank you for the reply.

FYI - I just tried looking at his spreadsheet, and it said I couldn't read it anymore. You need to change access to anyone with the link.

Following TR requires testing at a minimum of 4 times a day, the two preshots plus one other during each cycle. And only eating low carb wet or raw food. Epigen 90 precludes using TR. This is for safety of the cat. TR is a higher risk dosing method than SLGS, so the extra safety measures are in place. When using the AT, the reduction point with TR is 68, the 50 is for using human meters. The average range of normal numbers under 100 is also for human meters. Your AT manual or your vet should be able to tell you what the normal numbers is for that meter. But it is higher than 100. If Jack is maintaining sugars in the low 100's on the AT, that's a very good.

With dry food in the picture and from what I can tell from your spreadsheet, looks like some days you have long shifts and can't test the required amount? That would mean following SLGS for dosing. People still manage to get their cat into remission with the SLGS dosing method.
