? Nose whistle

lily has a nose whistle, no idea why? Just a general question. Not sure if it's just like us or something more serious?

How is her health otherwise? And eye discharge?
Maybe just nasal congestion. Could be a nose polyp but not that likely.
I would just monitor and see if it goes away or gets worse.

It might be worth a trip to the vets to see if they can give something to clear any nasal blockage. Might be a simple fix.
