Newly diagnosed pancreatitis

Hi everyone!

I am hoping I can get some information regarding my sugar cat. She was diagnosed with diabetes several years ago but was just diagnosed with pancreatitis as well. I just got her diagnosed about an hour ago so I’m lost on what food to give her now. She is currently on Hound and Gatos and Tiki Cat, and I have had trouble regulating her sugar for awhile. I’m wondering if that may be because of the pancreas? Her liver values are up slightly, I’m told that is because of the pancreas as well.

I would really appreciate any advice or food recommendations. Is fish an acceptable choice?

With feline pancreatitis, it's not so much what cats should eat but managing the symptoms, including an appetite stimulate, something for nausea, something for pain. Fluids if necessary.
What you need to know can be found here:

Depending on your vet's experience with pancreatitis, you may have to advocate for Twig.

I see you are home testing, just curious why you are not entering the BG numbers on your spreadsheet
