Newly diagnosed/new to the board

Hello - our cat, Gracie, was just diagnosed. She's on 2U of u-40 insulin 2 time a day. So far, no problems. The only thing I ever noticed was a LOT of cat pee on the basement floor. That, plus she's just a bit overweight! I'll be checking this board for information and help when I need it. Thanks!

Is the insulin ProZinc or Canninsulin?

We will nag you to learn to hometest. We would test our 2 legged children before injecting a dose of insulin. We do the same with our 4 legged kids. It's a process but we can guide you through the steps.
