Tiger's AMPS was 230 and his PMPS is 178. I've been giving 2.25U for anything over 200, but not sure what to do tonight. I'm not used to numbers like this and the last time I sent him into hypo...

spreadsheet is up to date

Sorry you didn't get an earlier reply! Any time you get a PS you're not sure about shooting, you should stall, don't feed and test again in 20-30 minutes. If the number goes up, that's usually a pretty good indication the last shot is wearing off.

Another thing to consider is do you have all the supplies you might need and are you able to stay up as long as may be necessary to test?

Did you shoot tonight?

Daughter fed him while I was doing my first post. she saw the food on the counter and didn't know I was stalling on feeding them :( Tested again at +30 he was at 280 (1/3 of 5.5oz can of BB and 1/2 can of 3oz FF). I gave 1.5U to be safe.

This morning he is back up to 458. I just can't seem to get his dosing correct. Feels like a yoyo!!

That's pretty normal and probably bounce related too. Bounces happen when they 1. drop too low, 2. drop too fast, 3. drop into numbers their body isn't used to anymore (or any combination of all 3). Since you didn't get a mid-cycle yesterday, we don't know if he may have gone lower and the 159 was "on the way back up" or if he had just been dropping all day.

Can you start getting some tests on the PM cycle too? At least 1 "before bed" test. Most cats go lower at night so it's important to make sure he's going to be safe while you're sleeping or if you may need to set an alarm to get more tests in. Also, without tests on the PM cycle, you're only seeing half the data. That's kind of like trying to figure out a puzzle picture when there's only pieces filled in on the left side.
