newbie in uk - what home test kit do i buy

My gorgeous biy wad diagnosed about 7 weeks ago & would like to start testing him at home but dont know where to start. What can anyone suggest i buy to start testing at home?

I found the easiest by far was Freestyle lite, needs a tiny tiny sip of blood and you can buy the strips on ebay for £10-15

We use Accu-Chek Aviva which we brought from Boots, got the latest lot of strips from Ebay. Havent got on with the Lancet (finger pricker) so buy needles from the vet.
