? New to Lantus - BG question

So this morning Merlin is at 120, which is lower than he's ever been so far. Called vet's office to ask if I should give the full dose. She said skip this morning and give half dose tonight as long as he's in the 200's. Do you agree?

We tell people who are new and posting on this forum to skip if under 200, so that part is correct. I might reduce to 1.5 units instead of 1 unit. If there have been no ketones in the past or history of DKA, you could go to 1.0 units if you prefer to start lower and work your way up.
