New to Diabetes and ProZinc

Hello everyone,
My name is Amy, our cat is Dice. This board has been a blessing to help teach management skills and calm my worried mind. I have been posting in main board, it was suggested to post here a link to our boy's tracker. He is on ProZinc.
We did have a great day yesterday, lots of promise yesterday after DKA. His numbers this morning were high after being so low last night, not sure if mirtazapine dose we also gave could have contributed? The only other mirtazapine dose was on Saturday afternoon, where he also had a high reading.
We are planning on holding steady at 2.5 for now, no more mirtazapine. He has been eating well on his own, past two days getting in approx. + 10 oz's and plenty of water.

I'm glad you came here, Amy. I don't think mirtazapine affects BG levels. That black is very likely a bouce from dropping into that lovely green last night. Normally we would have suggested an increase to 2.25 u (eyeballed) from 2 u but the numbers on 2.5 u were good. Let's see how he does over the next few cycles.
