New to all this

Where do I find a chart or spreadsheet to keep tract of blood levels? This will be my first time checking my kitty. She has been diabetic for one year giving her Vetsulin 10 units 2 x a day. Switching today to 2 units of Lantus 2 x a day. In need of help.

Do you have any numbers at all for the time she was on Vetsulin. Even if it's just the vet curves.
10u of Vetsulin BID is quite a lot. Has she been diagnosed with a high dose condition?
When we have kitties swap insulins we often look at what sort of numbers they were getting on the previous insulin and take that into account with the starting dose. My concern is that if she was on 10u vetsulin BID and that was getting her into decent numbers, then 2u Lantus BID is unlikely to be enough.



Could you give us a little more info on Butterscotch, what are you feeding him?
Does he have any other health issues?
Any Meds?
