I just set up Louie's spreadsheet and am ready to do more mid-day testing. Learning so much but still so new to this.....I guess I fired the vet who put Louie on so much insulin. one breath at a time for Louie and I!

It takes 3 to 7 days for the Lantus dose response to stabilize, so be prepared to hang in there while it jiggles around a bit. Read the Lantus forum stickies several times until you feel comfortable with the information - repetition will help you learn it.
