Can you tell us what you are feeding Tiggs please?
Are you going to be hometesting the BGs ? and Lantus is a great insulin for cats.
What type of glucose meter are you using?
0.5 unit sounds like a good starting dose.

I will be testing the curve as I push the first.5 of the unit to see what it does. I have him on fancy feast pate

You may want to set up a spreadsheet for Tiggs. This is a link to the 2025 spreadsheet template post. I'd suggest adding a few rows at the top since it's so close to Jan 1.
