New member in Feline Health forum restarted Lantus 6/21. Needs more opinions on the dose and food management techniques.

Cat is already on low carb food, Wellness. Tiny dose being given takes the cat from 400 to 50 in 5 hours.
Recent switch from TruResult meter to Relion.
Diagnosed 5/31/13. On Lantus until 6/11/13 when her vet advised her to stop the insulin and just monitor.
