New member-but lurking and learning for months

Howdy, everyone. I'd like to introduce our diabetic cat Meeja, a 14-year old Siamese. Meeja was diagnosed in August 2017 with BG over 800!! She was started on Lantus, we changed her diet, and she gradually improved. After a possible hypo incident in September (was not home testing at the time), Meeja went into remission in October 2017.

Thanks to all of you, I have learned so much in the past few months. But I still have many questions.
