As most of you know i had to put my baby down after 13 years and still miss her very much. Think about her all day. But almost after a month i decided to get a new kitten, she is healthy and wanted to introduce her. Ill still be around on here to help with any questions.

Oh my, what beauty! I hope she can help heal your heart and you two have many happy, healthy years together.
You already know the ropes for diet to help keep diabetes and kidney issues at bay, she's a lucky lucky gal to be your new kitteh kid.

She will be well taken care of and fed properly for sure. She will def help heal. She is about 3.5 months old! I still have left over food from my last kitty, when is it safe to give her that? Right now im feeding her pro plan wet kitten food

Kittens have different nutritional needs, since they are growing. How about posting in the Main Health forum so other members who know might advise?

She is indeed a beautiful little girl! What is her name? She is a lucky kitty to have you for her person. I'm betting Miss Bristol had something to do with you finding each other. :D

Rachel! I think too Bristol helped us meet! BRISTOL was part torti, this lil girl is a torti! She chases me threw the house lol

Welcome back! Rachel is very cute! I think Dr. Pierson's site says kitten food is not necessary. Kittens eat the same thing adults do after they are weaned. No cat can every replace your previous beloved, but she would be happy to know that you have saved the life of another cat.
