New. Is it time to up to 3U PZ?

This forum is amazing and truly a life saver for the newly diagnosed. I have absorbed a wealth of information in the ten days since Spy Kitty (my outdoor cat) was diagnosed. So many of my questions answered with out having to ask! Thank you one and all who participate on this message board.
Spy Kitty was started on 1U PZ on afternoon of 06/17. On 06/21, Vet said to up to 2U. At Vet appt on 06/24, the Vet's Alpha tracker read 522 at +6, my Relion Prime read 427. She said to go up to 3U. I opted to just go to 2.5 based on all I had read on this MB.
Is it time to go to 3U?
Is a cycle 12 hours or 24 hours?
I do intend to convert Spy Kitty to an indoor cat. Just need some time. So many changes.

I see your spreadsheet says SLGS. With that,you hold the dose for a week, then do a curve. Generally we only increase by 0.25U at a time, I would not go to 3U just yet.

What is Spy Kitty's diet? Any other known health issues?

When you get a chance can you add some of that to your signature, like how mine is set up?
