New diabetic cat on raw meat diet

Hi Everyone, My cat Munchie was recently diagnosed with diabetes. She is 17yrs old, has mild CRF, and has been on a raw meat diet for years. Wanting to know if there's others who're on raw meat diet or were when cat was diagnosed. She gets: whole ground rabbit (bones and organs, no fur), taurine, B complex, Salmon oil, Vit E, Benefiber, and cooked peeled zucchini and cooked egg whites...all mixed with water. This has worked great for her CRF and just wondering if any tweaks for her new diabetes. Right now she's in hospital with keto acidosis and they are working on stabilizing her. Thanks for any help (and prayers).

My diabetic cat Tray is on a raw diet and he does very well with it so I don't see any changes you need to make there. But maybe one of the experts on the forum will weigh in with some advice for you.
