The best source of Probiocin is still Probiotic Smart, but through Amazon, not directly. Their website price for a box of 12 tubes (with quantity discount) is over $95, but through Amazon it's $72.99 - and a few dollars postage, but far less than $95 and better than I've found anywhere else. (I don't know what the best deal is for single tubes, but if your cat uses it, the 12-pack is the best deal by far.) Besides, if you get to Amazon through the link here, they will donate a portion to FDMB.

Probiotic Smart uses a very slow shipping company, and my recent order was en route 6 days. I knew it, so timed my order so it wouldn't get too warm or freeze. Probiocin isn't nearly as sensitive to temps as Azodyl (the vet keeps it at room temp), but in hot weather, you might want to look somewhere else instead.

The best deal for Azodyl was recommended to me here on the Board: Entirely Pets, but not directly either - through Amazon. Their price is higher on their website, but they will match their Amazon price. However, the shipping is far higher on the website. My recent order for a bottle of 90 cost about $40, plus $4.95 shipping, which came by Priority Mail in a huge box with three small cold packs and a large cold pack wrapped around the bottle.

Caveat: there isn't a good way to reach them to tell them to hold an order until Monday, and if they send it on Thurs or Fri, it will sit in the PO over the weekend and get warm. So order any time from Sunday through Tuesday. Orders sent Wed. might go out Thurs, as mine did - mine was scanned as outgoing in Fargo at 3 AM Saturday (less than two days) but not delivered to me on Sat.; we had 9" of snow which meant no mail on Monday, so it was a long time in transit. If I'd ordered on Monday and then picked it up at the PO myself, it would have taken only two days and arrived in very good condition.

The best source of Denamarin is either Vet Approved Rx or Ideal Pet Xcessories. Prices are very close; both ship it fast; you may want to compare just before buying.

Syringes (if you don't have a Walmart nearby and can't get Relion): Monoject Ultra Comfort from American Diabetes Wholesale (click the link on this message board and they will also give FDMB a share). Total Diabetes show a lower price, but it's higher after adding postage, and they don't carry 31 gauge. I used a 5%-off coupon from ADW for my order yesterday, and a box of 100 cost just under $20.

If anyone knows a better source of any of these things, please let us know here!

Blessings!
