Paws crossed that you will have a shootable pmps. This skipping and then the high numbers must make him feel like he is on a roller coaster. If you get something lower than 200 at +12 but not super low, don't feed him, wait the 20 minutes and retest. If he is sure rising, we can always do at least a tiny dose.

I think i'd up the dose, Ashley. We haven't seen Mr. p in the last few cycles and the reds and blacks are ugly. On a cycle where you can monitor, maybe increase to 1.25?

Also, be sure to test for ketones every few days when he is up in those higher numbers.
