Neuropathy has set in - all four legs

My Teddy kitty is walking now like his diabetes has progressed. His front legs are bent forward when he walks and his back legs are bent more, which is Neuropathy. He's been on Prozinc for over a week now, and I'm surprised he's not starting to show signs of slight improvement, but he actually seems to be getting worse in his symptoms. Also his pee looks pretty much the same as before his diagnosis. His ravenous appetite has not changed. Is it common for a cat on insulin to get worse before getting better? I'm getting scared that he's got uncontrollable diabetes.

It can take a little while before things start to reverse. What are his glucose numbers looking like? I see that you do not have a link to a spreadsheet in your signature yet. It would be helpful if you could set that up. Here is info on it:

Getting his glucose under control should help the neuropathy. You may also want to consider giving him Zobaline. It is often recommended here.

It may take a few weeks before you start to see improvement. How quickly it will occur will depend on how well your dose is controlling the glucose levels and how long he has been taking the methyl b12.

When I adopted Spot (GA), she was not being treated properly for her diabetes. She also had severe neuropathy, so bad that she could barely walk. I immediately got her on Lantus and started the Methyl b12. Within a few weeks I could see improvement in the way she walked. It took over six months before all of her symptoms disappeared, but by then, she was running and jumping to high places. If someone had not seen her when I adopted her, they would never believe how much she improved. Every cat is different (ECID), so you may not see all of the neuropathy symptoms completely reverse, but you will see an improvement. ProZinc is a good insulin to help get the glucose levels under control.
