Nelli has had a three NS in last week +.
She’s down to a .25s.
Wondering if/when I should take her OTJ.

Well....you have emoticons before the NSs so that tells me nothing.

However, looking at the data you do have, she’s not ready yet. She needs to earn two more reductions.

To earn reductions, she would either need to drop below 40 once, drop between 40 and 50 three times on separate days, or be at the same dose and be in normal numbers, mostly below 100, for a week. She’s been in normal numbers for six cycles at s0.25u. If she continues this for four more days, or earns a reduction one of the other two ways, you’d drop her dose to 0.1u.
