I have been helping an elderly lady trap some feral cats. Two of them have upper respiratory infections. One was taken in to be neutered after being trapped and they would not do the surgery because he was sick, he was sent home with Baytril.
Anyhow we still has another one that has the same thing going on. I hate to trap it and take it in and have the same thing happen all over again. Anyone here that has ever trapped feral cats knows that most likely when you get them in the trap once they will not go in it again.
So I am asking if anyone has any extra Baytril they could spare for the other feral cat so we could get her spayed. I will pay shipping of course. It would be best it it would be about at least a seven day course of the antibiotic.

I don't have Baytril I'm afraid, but I have an almost full bottle of Orbax, if that would help. Orbax is a broad spectrum antibiotic. My email is s.collins at earthlink dot net, please let me know if you would like it and I will gladly send it to you.

Thank You for the offer, but right now I am dealing with a another situation with a feral kitty of my own who has either been shot in the face or has a huge abcess on his face. I am trying to get him in a trap to no avail, he knows what the trap is and just avoids it altogether.
If at a later date I need the Orbax I will email you thanks again.

Oh poor thing!! I will send good thoughts that you can get him into the trap so he can be treated. The Orbax is here if you should need it later.
