Because of testing and waiting to give insulin until I get safe PS numbers along with other timing factors, Jose's shot schedule is a few hours off from where I will eventually need it to be time wise. I could use some advise on how to safely change his shot schedule. He is currently getting his shots at 11:30 AM & PM. Ideally I would like them to be much earlier. I hopefully will be getting a teaching job soon (interview this week! :-D ) so having this current schedule just won't work. My mom is around until 2:30 before she works so she could do his AM shot but I feel more comfortable being the one doing it all. Thanks in advance!

He earned a dose decrease of 0.25 units lower with that 37.

You might switch 15 minutes per shot, for a total of 30 minutes per day, as they do with the Depot insulins.

You could skip a shot to get back on schedule. He's low enough, I think this would work.

You could figure out how many hours a particular dose covers, and trim off the number of hours you need to move earlier.
Ex. if you were giving 1.0 units per 12 hours (or 0.5 units per 6 hour), and needed to move 3 hours earlier, you might drop the dose to 0.75 units at the first shot, then see where you were at +9 for the next shot.
