Need help with some calculations please

How do I figure out carbs for "AS FED" values? Is the the content just NFE or do I have to add something else in it to get total carb content? Also, how do I figure out calories with the as fed values? I have to change some of Hidey's food because he's getting bored with a couple. I am attaching the Merrick "AS FED" values I received from the company. Any help on this would be appreciated. When I try to use the food calc I get wonky numbers (like even negative numbers lol) Also I have tried doing it all by hand by these instructions, with this I get .99% carbs for the Turkey Pate, but when I do the calculations for the dry matter comes out to about 5%. Am I doint this right? If so do I use the carbs off the wet matter or dry matter? Thank you for any help.

For cats:
3.5 calories per gram for protein
8.5 calories per gram for fat
3.5 calories per gram for carbohydrate

With the dry matter basis/as fed numbers,
Step 1: multiply the %s of protein, fat, or carbohydrate by the calories/gram for same to get calories from each source type.
Step 2: total the calories from all sources
Step 3: divide the calories from each source by the total calories and multiply by 100. This is the percent of calories from the source
 
Thank you. What do I look for when trying to calculate carbs? Is that the NFE? And do I want to go off the wet or dry matter basis when referring to carbs?
