need help 3rd day on lantus

well he just vomited twice first time hes done that since march 9 and part stool part diarrhea. is this a side effect of lantus what do i need to do? current glucose 168

Vomiting and diarrhea are not side effects of Lantus. Did you make any recent changes to his diet in the past few days? Any new flavors of cat food? Is he on any other medicines?
