Need food recommendation

Callie has a bladder infection and also has some crystals. The vet has her on antibiotics and Hills Prescription S/D food. She may want to change her to the C/D when she goes back for a followup. She has been on canned food for several years.

I would prefer to not have to keep her on the S/D or C/D long term so are there any canned foods that someone can recommend to help keep the crystals under control?

Do you add water to the food? Most add as much as half to equal amounts of water to the food to increase the water intake naturally, the way cats have done since time began in order to reduce the UTI's and crystals.

Has she been getting ONLY canned food or is there dry in the mix?

She drinks water regularly from the fountains and sinks. She does get a few pieces of dry kitten chow with each meal and that is the only dry that she has. I will add more water to her food just to make sure she is getting enough.
