Need eyes in Health - newbie on 8u b.i.d

Hey could use some eyes and advice on a dose reduction in health http://felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=42781 Kitty was started on 5U b.i.d. and then raised to 8 b.i.d. now vet is suggesting upping it to 9U b.i.d.!!!

She is willing to home test.
