Need Experience Health-Hyperosmolar & other conditions

Bump. This cat is hyperthyroid, on it's way to DKA, pancreatitis, liver problems, as well as hyperosmolar diabetic. No one who knows about any of those has replied and it's beyond my knowledge. I looked up hyperosmolar & it is hyperglycemic but with thickened blood and very dehydrated. The cat is at the vet now and she's looking for suggestions.
