@Suzanne & Darcy @FrostD can someone please review chance's flowsheet from especially today please? We are having some serious drops and I'm not sure where to go with it. We are doing every 30 minute blood checks from here on out. No libre in use just ReliOn meter. He's clinically stable. Eating fancy feast gravy lovers right now. No other physical issues noted other than the numbers. Thanks!
 
Definitely reduce the dose from here on out.

You're doing everything right, just keep testing til you're sure he's on his way up for good without extra carbs
 
What dose would you give tonight? I figure if he's "normal" in the morning, drop him down to 4 units per protocol right or am I missing something? Thinking either 2.25 or 2.5 tonight? @FrostD

I'd say that's enough of a bump to shoot, but not enough to look like a bounce coming interestingly enough. So yes I'd say about a half dose.
