Need dosage help

Hey there eveyone. Testing has been testing. But i managed to get some high numbers. And it seems his low is still very high. Now im a little scared but am willing to listen to you guys in here for my next dose. Ive taken the blue buffalo out completely and am mixing diabetic dry with PC chicken liver dinner. I also give him about a spoons worth while testing. Should I wait to to see the vet in a few weeks ?

It might not feel like it at the moment but you're doing really well with getting BG readings.
