NEED BETTER METER!! H-E-L-P

What is a good reasonable meter everyone uses? I bought a CVS True Metrix last week and it was working ok, but the last few days, it is giving me an E-0 error constantly and I can't get any readings. Not to mention these strips are 43.99 for 50!!!!!!!!!

NEVER MIND - . I just ordered the relion prime, plus 100 strips and 200 lancets............all for $31 from WalMart....i can pick up tomorrow!!!! WOW what a great price!!!
