need arkray (same as relion) meter help

i dont understand by reading the book. how do i turn on and go back and look at past bg readings? its a glucocard 01. if needed we can pm. i need sum1 to show me how to use it. frustrating.
 
Usually by pressing and holding one of the buttons.

With the Micro that I have, it is the up arrow button.

Step 1:
Press the Orange/Up Arrow button for 2 seconds.
A beep sounds and the test meter turns on and shows all screen symbols. The meter next shows the year, date, and time. After 2 seconds, either the Test Average or the most recent test result will appear.

Press the Orange/Up Arrow button
to scroll through memory. Press and hold the Orange/Up Arrow button to move through the results quickly. Press the Gray/Down Arrow button to move backwards through results in memory.

every time i fool with it, it tries to change the date/time etc :( im so confused. if i forget the bg i need a way to go back and double chk, like today, i wanna be sure. i hate this. the only way i learn is to be shown or told. ill see if theres a YT video i guess.

Hold down the UP ARROW for about 2 seconds - this turns the meter on in MEMORY mode. DO NOT push both up/down at the same time, that goes into 'setup'. If 'averaging' is turned on, the first thing you'll see when it settles down is the current 'Average' of your numbers. It will say 'AVE' under either a '14d' or '30d' near the display. IF NOT, it will be your last test number. Continue pushing the UP button to go thru them. When you're done, push the DOWN button until it says 'END'. It will shut off automatically.
