Need Advice 10/19/22 Pippin AMPS 302 Good to Shoot?

Hi guys,

Pippin's PMPS las night was 100, so I didn't give him a s=dose. This morning, it's 302. Should I go ahead and give him 4.75u (down from 5u)?

I'm going to try and test him a few more times today to see if I should reduce even more than that, but I feel like at LEAST a 0.25 decrease is a safe amount with the data I already have. Thoughts?
 
this kind of advice is very commonly provided over on the Lantus forum, people there are experts in Lantus specifically you might find more help there day-to-day
