I have been changing my cats diet to this brand over the last couple of weeks. I have some dry NV and they are fed wet food twice a day. They eat a lot less of it which is a concern. This brand is supposed to be low carb. This brand has 4 flavors at the local store. My cats have had the salmon, duck and chicken no issues.
This morning I fed rabbit for the first time.... this afternoon he has had the runs and gone to the bathroom 10 times in a row. I am confused about cat food. Shouldn't be the same even though it is a different flavor? Or do I have to constantly worry about the same brand with different flavors.
Does anyone know if feeding NV salmon a lot will hurt? That has been the cats favorite flavor so far. Also, I have looked at the recommended low carb food list. I like to feed grain free so my choices are limited. NV was about the only choice I had at the local store.
