Great coupon! Best way to tell if there is anything good is to read the ingredient list on the package. If it lists any carbs or sugars, then it's not good choice....for example:
peas, pea protien, pea flour
carrots
any kind of flour
potatoes, rice
What you want to see is mainly protein - pure meat, even meat byproducts are ok, cranberries, spinach, pumpkin - are also fine (not necessary, but nothing wrong with it)
