A huge thank You to all of you who helped me thru Myra's initial diabetes diagnosis. Ended up she did not need insulin after about a week. I learned to check her sugar on a regular basis. My girl stopped eating and altho I could get some baby food into her, she was continually losing weight. Her skin condition continued to decline even with anti fungal topical creams and lime sulfur dips. I was telling her all along that I was listening to her....that if it was time to go, I would hear her. Yesterday, I picked her up and cradled her. She started panting for air. It was then that she stared into my eyes and I just knew. I heard her. After all we did trying to get her well, she was not improving at all. Within an hour we were saying our heartbreaking goodbyes. I know she is whole and happy again, but mama is grieving. I loved that girl.

So sorry for your loss. She's a beautiful girl; you gave her love and care and I'm sure she knew that. Fly free, little one. cat_wings>o

Oh Cathy, I am so sorry it was Myra's time to leave. I know she is thankful that you heard her, and had the strength to let her go when she needed to. Hold tight to your memories of your time together, and she will live forever in your heart. :bighug:

Fly free, beloved Myra, and land softly back in the hearts of those who love you cat_wings>o

I'm so sorry for your loss. When we love these fur babies so much, they DO speak to us. You listened and gave her that one last most difficult loving gift of setting her free. :bighug::bighug::bighug: Cathy. Fly free little Myra! cat_wings>o

Cathy...so sorry that it was time to free Myra and let her cross the bridge. You have given the ultimate act of love.

"Sometimes we have to love our pets enough to let them go "

Hold you special memories close in your heart to give you peace and strength at this sad time.

I'm so sorry that it was Myra's time. May she fly free, and send you a sign from the Bridge letting you know that she's watching over you until you're reunited again some day.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. It's so hard to let them go, but she appreciated so much that you listened to her. You'll see her again, but until then, she'll be in your heart.
